Three Notch'd president Scott Roth told What Now DC in April 2026 that the company was targeting construction completion around September and a fall opening.
What's planned
A flagship for Northern Virginia.
Our flagship Northern Virginia location will feature a huge private event and viewing room, a tasting room to sample our monthly beverage club offerings, and a large restaurant and bar area.
As reported so far
- Seating for about 350 guests
- A private event and viewing room for up to 150
- A whiskey distillery and a tasting room
- A full-service bar and a large dining room
- Classic pub eats: pretzel bites with beer cheese, parmesan garlic fries and burgers
- A shop for bourbon and other whiskeys (planned)
